This paper looks at the application of digital communication by virtual teams through a case study. The case reviews an organization which uses an inexpensive mode of digital communication, namely the smartphone to keep in touch with employees and stakeholders dispersed across northern and central India. The organisation wins a contract from Kotak Mahindra Bank to install branding material in 125 locations across several states and is able to execute the project in 15 days. The Technology Adoption Model of Davis is applied to this case.en_US
